  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp dried thyme

Instructions

1️⃣ Prep the Steak:

  • In a shallow dish, mix flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Dredge each piece of steak in the flour mixture, coating well.

2️⃣ Sear the Steak:

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.

3️⃣ Sauté the Veggies:

  • In the same skillet, add onions, bell peppers, and garlic.
