  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt

For Garnish (Optional):

Instructions

  • Prepare Crust: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out pie crust into a pie dish and set aside.
  • Make Filling: Blend mashed sweet potato, evaporated milk, sugars, eggs, melted butter, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
