Ingredients

- 2–3 tbsp milk

Instructions
1. Prepare the Cupcakes
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cupcake tin with liners. Prepare the cake batter according to the package instructions. Add a few drops of pink food coloring to enhance the piggy look. Fill each liner about 2/3 full and bake for 18-20 minutes. Let cool completely before decorating.
2. Make the Frosting
In a large bowl, beat the butter until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar, alternating with milk, and mix until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract and a few drops of pink food coloring until the frosting is evenly colored.
3. Frost the Cupcakes
Spread or pipe the pink frosting onto each cooled cupcake, creating a smooth, rounded surface.
4. Add the Piggy Features
- Snout: Cut pink marshmallows in half and place them in the center of each cupcake.
- Ears: Cut mini marshmallows diagonally and place them above the snout.
- Nostrils & Eyes: Use black gel icing to draw two small nostrils on the marshmallow snout and add small dots for the eyes.
- Extra Decorations: Sprinkle pink sugar for texture and use pink candy melts or M&M’s for extra facial details.
5. Serve & Enjoy
