Instructions
- Prep the Potatoes:Â Wash and dry the potatoes, leaving the skin on for extra crispiness. Slice them into even pieces for uniform cooking.
- Coat with Flavor:Â In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Add half of the Parmesan and toss to coat evenly.
- Roast to Perfection: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) or air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet or in the air fryer basket.
- Crisp It Up:Â Bake for 20-25 minutes (or air fry for 15-20 minutes), shaking or flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
- Cheesy Finish:Â Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan on top during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
