Sauce:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups beef broth
- ½ cup heavy cream or milk
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce (for depth)
Serving Suggestion:

Instructions
1️⃣ Brown the beef – In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with onions and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
2️⃣ Make the roux – Push the beef to the side, add butter, and melt. Stir in flour and cook for about a minute until lightly golden.
3️⃣ Create the gravy – Slowly pour in the beef broth, stirring constantly to prevent lumps. Let it simmer until thickened.
4️⃣ Add the creamy touch – Stir in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and heavy cream. Let it cook for another 2 minutes. Adjust seasoning if needed.
5️⃣ Serve it up – Pour over fluffy mashed potatoes, rice, or biscuits. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
