Grilled Cheeseburger Wraps

These Grilled Cheeseburger Wraps are a delicious twist on the classic cheeseburger! They combine seasoned ground beef, melty cheese, fresh toppings, and a crispy toasted tortilla, giving you all the juicy flavors of a cheeseburger in a handheld wrap.

Perfect for quick weeknight dinners, meal prep, or game-day snacks, these wraps are easy to make in just 20 minutes. Serve with fries, coleslaw, or your favorite dipping sauces for a meal the whole family will love!

  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

For the Beef Filling:

  • 1 pound ground beef (85% lean recommended)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup

For the Wraps:

  • 4 large flour tortillas (burrito-sized)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or American cheese slices)
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • ¼ cup sliced pickles
  • 2 tablespoons mustard (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil (for grilling)

Instructions

  • Cook the Ground Beef
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.

  • Season the Meat
Stir in salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup. Mix well and cook for another 1-2 minutes to let the flavors blend. Remove from heat.

  • Assemble the Wraps
Lay a flour tortilla flat and sprinkle ¼ cup of shredded cheese in the center. Add ¼ of the beef mixture, followed by lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and any sauces you like.

  • Fold the Wrap
Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it tightly like a burrito to keep everything inside.

  • Grill the Wraps
Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat and brush with butter or olive oil. Place the wraps seam side down and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.

  • Serve & Enjoy!
Slice in half and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces like ketchup, ranch, or burger sauce.

Notes

✅ Make It Low-Carb: Use a low-carb wrap or lettuce wrap instead of a tortilla.
✅ Add Bacon: Crumbled crispy bacon makes these wraps even more delicious!
✅ Spicy Kick: Add jalapeños, hot sauce, or spicy mayo for extra heat.
✅ Extra Cheesy: Mix cream cheese or extra melted cheddar into the beef for a creamy texture.
✅ Meal Prep Friendly: Cook the beef ahead of time and store it in the fridge for quick assembly later.
