  • Total Time: 20 minutes plus chilling time
  • Yield: 12 servings

Ingredients

Crust:

  • 1 package (13.29 oz) Oreo cookies (regular, not double-stuffed)Lil’ Luna
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

Cream Layer:

Pudding Layer:

Toppings:

  • Peeps marshmallow candies
  • Robin egg candies
  • Easter-themed sprinkles
  • Optional: gummy worms, pastel M&Ms

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oreo Crust: Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing with a rolling pin. Reserve about ½ cup of crumbs for topping. Combine the remaining crumbs with melted butter until evenly moistened. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan to form the crust.

  2. Mix the Cream Cheese Layer: In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and softened butter until smooth and creamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing until well combined. Fold in half of the Cool Whip until the mixture is light and fluffy. Spread this over the Oreo crust.

  3. Prepare the Pudding Layer: In another bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mixes and cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes. Gently fold in the remaining Cool Whip. Spread this pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer.

  4. Add the Toppings: Sprinkle the reserved Oreo crumbs over the pudding layer. Decorate the top with Peeps marshmallow candies, Robin egg candies, and sprinkles.

  5. Chill the Dessert: Refrigerate the assembled dessert for at least 2 hours, or until set.

Notes

  • Make-Ahead Tip: This dessert can be prepared a day in advance. Add the decorative toppings just before serving to maintain their texture.

  • Variations: For a chocolate twist, substitute one package of vanilla pudding with chocolate pudding.
