For the Cinnamon-Sugar Coating:
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
For the Cheesecake Layer:
- 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
For the Base & Top:
- 2 cans crescent roll dough
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch pan.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar; set aside.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg until smooth.
- Layer crescent roll dough in the pan, spread cheesecake filling, and top with another layer of dough.
- Brush with melted butter, sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mix, and bake for 30–35 minutes.
- Cool, refrigerate for 2+ hours, slice, and enjoy! 🎉
